Meet Our Team

Lexy Wheeler, PA-C

Lexy earned her Biology degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and went on to complete PA school at Campbell University. Starting her career in emergency medicine, Lexy developed a strong foundation in clinical procedures. Lexy has a passion for all things aesthetics, knowing firsthand how great skin can make you feel your best! Her eye for symmetry and balance helps to create natural, harmonious results that highlight each client’s unique features. Outside of work, Lexy enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dogs. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, creating tapestries, and watching reality TV.

Meg Rogers, PA-C

Meg Rogers is a board-certified physician assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Campbell University. Before transitioning to Aesthetic Medicine, she worked in Endocrinology. Meg is dedicated to educating patients and helping them achieve their personal skin and wellness goals while enhancing natural beauty and boosting self-confidence! Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, gardening, trying new recipes, and exploring Raleigh and Bald Head Island with her family.

Katie Wood Calvillo, CNM, WHNP

Katie Wood Calvillo grew up in Raleigh, NC. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Mathematical Science at UNC-Chapel Hill, Katie worked in actuarial consulting before returning to school to pursue a career in women’s healthcare. Katie attended Columbia University as a National Health Service Corp Scholar and earned a BS in Nursing and a dual master’s in Midwifery and Women’s Health in 2006.

Katie began her career at Baystate Hospital in Springfield, Mass, before moving back home to Raleigh in 2010, where she has worked in private practice. Outside of the office, Katie works with a non-profit in Durham that supports and empowers pregnant and parenting teens.

Amy Gilbert, NP-C

Amy Gilbert is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for OB/GYN care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master of Science in Nursing with honors from Duke University.

Dr. Sarah Maddison

Sarah D. Maddison, MD, is a native of North Carolina, born in Rocky Mount. She received her undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill and attended medical school at East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine.

She returned to Chapel Hill for her residency training, which she completed in 2002. Dr. Maddison is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is also a member of the North Carolina Medical Society.

She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a special focus on menopause transitional care.
